Are you looking for housing urgently?

Coastal Housing Association have recently completed construction of 30 new flats up to 4th floor level, near the lively area of  Swansea Castle and Wind Street.  The flats are a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom properties and are part of the 'City Living' scheme. To be eligible for these properties you will need to either work in the city centre or need to use public transport from the city centre to get to work.  There is NO parking for any of the flats. None of the flats contain baths, only shower cubicles. The flats are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No free roaming pets allowed.  (Caged animals only). The flats are also described as not suitable for children. Rents are to be confirmed but are likely to be between £100-120. If you are not working but can afford a 2 or 3 bedroom property with a social landlord (you must either be entitled to the 2 / 3 bedroom rate or be able to afford the underoccupation charge or 'bedroom tax') social landlords in Swansea regularly have a number of properties which are available immediately with little or no waiting list.  Presently 2 and 3 bedroom properties in Blaenymaes particularly are available with little or no wait (there are other areas as well which may be available straight away).
