If you concerns relate to your tenancy, such as notices or deposits, you should contact the Housing Options Team in Swansea Council - Housing Options, 17 High Street, Swansea, SA1 1LF. Tel: 01792 533100. You can also obtain free independent advice from Shelter Cymru who can be contacted on 0845 075 5005.


If you have been the victim of illegal harassment or illegal eviction by a landlord, the Council is obliged to investigate and prosecute the matter.
